VENDOR RULES AND EXPECTATIONS
YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED A SET-UP TIME, BASED ON SPACE LOCATION. Please arrive on time unload and move your vehicle/s to a designated parking area. Vendors must be set-up prior to 8:00 AM and may not take down before 3:00 PM.
Please park at an assigned parking location, after you unload your vehicle. Any vehicle parked on the street or business parking areas will be required to move. You will not be able to park where you are set up. You are responsible for your own tables and setup. You must remove any leftover items or trash when the BIG FLEA is complete.
Berryville Main Street or its representatives are not responsible for accidents, damage to merchandise, including theft or damage to vehicles. Locations are subject to change if deemed necessary by The Big Flea staff. Tables or merchandise or displays cannot block pedestrian traffic. A 3-foot walkway must be maintained. If set up on a sidewalk, you must set up close to the buildings and not create any sight distance issues along the intersections or street connections.
Your merchandise must be confined to your space, on, under, or behind your table. It cannot overflow into the street or sidewalk or other spaces. You will be required to leave for selling or displaying any inappropriate, offensive or illegal items, as determined by The Big Flea staff or local and state laws. A limited number of food or bake sale opportunities will be available, they must be approved and registered with The Big Flea before August 1, 2026.
Weather: The Rain date determination will be made Saturday September 12th at 6:00 AM or sooner. Rain Date is September 19th.
