ntry Rules: • ALL assigned meters are final – no changes will be allowed after the designated meters are assigned. • Decorations must be installed between Nov. 25th – Dec.1st. Decorations MUST stay up through the Holiday season and only be removed after Christmas but prior to January 1st. • All decorations left up by January 1st will be removed by public works and may limit access to particiate again. • Use only your assigned parking meter. A map with your assignment will be emailed to the contact listed above. • You MUST cover meter head (the mechanics that accept coins) with a protective cover such as a pillowcase. • PLEASE remember to weatherproof your materials; decorations will be in place for more than a month and exposed to wind, rain, snow and sun. • Do not use tape, wire, adhesive or paint on the meter head or post. • Do not use paint or glue on the parking meter and/or the sidewalk. • Do not attach anything you value to the parking meter. • Decorations must not impede pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk. • Decorations must not extend into the street or block parking spaces. NOTE: Berryville Main Street has the right to remove offensive or inappropriate meter decorations and is not responsible for any decorations.
