Entry Rules: • ALL assigned meters are final – no changes will be allowed after the designated meters are assigned. • Decorations must be installed between Wed, Nov. 26th and Sun, Nov 30th. Decorations MUST stay up through the Holiday season and only be removed after Christmas but prior to January 1st. • Use only your assigned parking meter. • You MUST cover meter head (the mechanics that accept coins) with a protective cover such as a pillowcase. • PLEASE remember to weatherproof your materials; decorations will be in place for more than a month and exposed to wind, rain, snow and sun. • Do not use tape, wire, adhesive or paint on the meter head or post. • Do not use paint or glue on the parking meter and/or the sidewalk. • Do not attach anything you value to the parking meter. • Decorations must not impede pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk. • Decorations must not extend into the street or block parking spaces. NOTE: Berryville Main Street has the right to remove offensive or inappropriate meter decorations and is not responsible for any decorations.
